内蒙古大学能专升本吗？
普通高校全日制高职（专科）当年毕业生或具有普通高等教育专科毕业学历应届、往届毕业生，有“下基层”服务背景的人员均可在规定时间内参加专升本选拨考试，由学校按规定完成学历注册后颁发普通本科教育毕业证书，符合学位授予条件的，颁发普通高等教育本科毕业生学士学位证书。
“下基层”服务项目包括：(1)选聘高校毕业生到村党支部、社区任职；(2) selected students to work as teachers in rural areas or cities; (3)rural area volunteer teachers and other volunteers; (4)Western China volunteer plan; (5)college students employed at local human resources and social security platforms; (6)three north protective forest construction project; (7)aid to the border and development of western civil construction in the capital city; (8)other special projects.
